APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

By using the Streetic exchanges portal and/or initiating a purchase on our site, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this policy, you are advised not to transact on streetic.in.

Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the policy that govern your return, refund, or cancellation of an order for products on streetic.in. Each time you wish to use the portal, please check the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We offer exchanges and returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange/return request has been accepted, a notification will be sent to your registered email, and our logistics partner will pick up your order within 24-48 hours. If our courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment after two attempts, you will need to send it back to our warehouse address. Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

Upon receive at the warehouse, your order will undergo a quality check. Once approved, your exchange/return request will be processed further. Estimated delivery of all exchange items falls between 7-10 working days.

If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability, we will exchange it for another product, or you will be issued a credit which can be used for your next online purchase

For all return orders, refunds will be issued in your wallet once quality control on the product has been approved. This will be shared on your registered email address.

Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. Products returned in poor condition or clearly worn will not be processed.

As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart etc. In case of return; the delivery partner charges us for a reverse pickup from the customer location. We request our customers to pay a charge of ₹150.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All prepaid orders are final; we do not offer cancellations or refunds. Any refunds are issued in the form of a credit in wallet equivalent to the selling amount, which can be used within 4 months. Credits are non-refundable; they are only redeemable at online stores. Credits would be provided in wallet within 7-10 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In the event of high demand, items may become unavailable even after an order is placed, In such extreme conditions we won't give refunds but would issue a credit note.

EXCHANGE/RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may initiate the return or exchange of a product if:

The product does not fit.

Both the product and shipping package have been damaged.

The product is defective.

Parts of the product or accessory are missing.

Products can be returned or exchanged provided they satisfy the following conditions:

  • The product has not been worn, cleaned, or tampered with.
  • The brand tags, original packaging, and accompanying accessories are intact and not altered or damaged.
  • The product is returned in a saleable condition, without foul odours, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, or damage.
  • Return of purchased products is facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. We reserve the right to reject any exchange/return request if it does not meet the above conditions.
